Welcome to VIDA The Experience. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, retreats, events, programs, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, registering for an experience, purchasing a service, or participating in a VIDA The Experience program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. About VIDA The Experience

VIDA The Experience provides transformational retreats, leadership experiences, wellness events, educational programming, coaching, speaking engagements, corporate experiences, and related services designed to support personal and professional growth.

Participation in any VIDA offering is voluntary.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise expressly approved in writing by VIDA The Experience.

By registering for an experience, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Registration and Payments

A reservation is not considered confirmed until all required registration information and payments have been received.

VIDA The Experience reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice until a reservation has been confirmed.

Published pricing may vary based on accommodation selection, promotional offers, payment plans, or special circumstances.

Applicable taxes, fees, or third-party charges may apply where required.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers

All cancellations, refunds, transfers, and credits are governed by the VIDA The Experience Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy.

By registering, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted that policy.

6. Health and Personal Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that retreat activities may include physical movement, meditation, breathwork, wellness practices, excursions, outdoor activities, and other experiences.

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual physical, mental, and emotional condition.

Participants agree to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding any concerns before participating.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

7. Medical Disclaimer

VIDA The Experience does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Nothing offered through our website, events, retreats, programs, presentations, recordings, or communications should be interpreted as medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare advice.

Participants should seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that travel, group activities, wellness practices, outdoor experiences, and related programming involve inherent risks.

By participating, individuals knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.

9. Travel Requirements

Participants are responsible for:

  • Valid passports and travel documents

  • Visa requirements

  • Vaccination requirements, if applicable

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Travel insurance

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations

VIDA The Experience is not responsible for costs resulting from denied entry, travel delays, missed flights, or documentation issues.

10. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect

  • Honor personal boundaries

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by facilitators and staff

  • Comply with venue and local regulations

VIDA The Experience reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the experience of others.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by VIDA The Experience, including but not limited to:

  • Written materials

  • Presentations

  • Training materials

  • Audio recordings

  • Videos

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Website content

is the property of VIDA The Experience and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Photography and Media

VIDA The Experience may capture photographs, audio recordings, and video during events and retreats.

By participating, you grant VIDA The Experience permission to use such content for educational, promotional, marketing, and business purposes unless you provide written notice requesting exclusion before the experience begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests whenever possible.

13. Third-Party Providers

Certain aspects of our experiences may involve third-party service providers, including hotels, transportation providers, venues, excursion operators, wellness practitioners, and other vendors.

VIDA The Experience is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDA The Experience, its owners, employees, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any experience or use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific experience giving rise to the claim.

15. Force Majeure

VIDA The Experience shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, cancellations, or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather events

  • Government restrictions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Political instability

  • Labor disputes

  • Utility failures

In such circumstances, refunds, credits, transfers, or alternative arrangements may be offered at the sole discretion of VIDA The Experience.

16. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

VIDA The Experience reserves the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
